Ben, If you've completed a full sync since installing the beta engine, you should see the new fields and tables.  Could you enable MethodSupport and email me the company account?  I can take a look and try to find them. - Adam

Hey Ben B, From this image I can't tell whether or not the appropriate fields are included in your web-to-lead form. I'm assuming this is a custom web-to-lead form correct? How do you create a create new case form that can be published on the web?  I need to enable any person to submit a case to the system using our website.  Also, do you have an email to case capture feature (i.e. when an email is sent to a particular email address, it creates a case using the information)?
