Can you please enable the MethodSupport user then email me your Company Account name. To enable MethodSupport go to Customize > Users > scroll down to the bottom of the screen, then make sure there is a checkmark in the Active box for the user. - Ashur

I have created a html email template. I need to know where to upload the images and how to reference the path in the img src tag.
