				        David,
If you are using custom email reminders, there may be something in the wording that is getting flagged.  That, or their spam filters are set high.
I found this link which may help, How Spam Filters Think.  Maybe it will be of some help.  I've tested new email accounts with our stock notifications and haven't seen ...

				        Hi Charles,
We have a beta version of the sync engine that has the ability to sync with some Advanced Inventory features.  If you email support@methodintegration.com, we can provide you the link and instructions on setting up the beta sync engine.

				        Hi Nebo,
Sorry for the late reply.  I believe there might be something coded in the Contacts table to prevent adding a unique field.  The reason I say this is while this isn't a directly connected QuickBooks table, it will update and add the main contact for any new customer created in QuickBooks.  Since QuickBooks wouldn't ...

				        Hi Antibodyverify,

The setup would look like this UniversityName:Department. As you input a lead, you can ...

				        Hi Lucas,
Is there any type of error message when you process the request?  Have you confirmed that the API Login and transaction key are correct?

				        Hi JWS,
The reason you don't see any information is because you'll need to load the customer information when the screen loads.  What is probably happening is that the actions to load the Address information are not being triggered.  I'd actually suggest a different route to take.
