Hey Mahlon, There is no feature that lets Users decide which platform to send notifications to.  The only way currently to have notifications open in Method:Classic is to switch the client's platform toggle back to “Classic” and remove access for Method:New. -- Mortaza

Hey Mahlon, I'm not able to replicate that issue, for me it goes right into Method:New > View Activity screen. Try clicking the link again in an Incognito window just to confirm it's not a Browser issue. -- Mortaza

Hey Mahlon, If the Company Account is toggled for Method:New, it will automatically go right into Method:New for Activities.  Is it not working like that in your case? -- Mortaza
