I highly suggest that you take a look at method's web to lead form. It's easy to use and set up and has all the features that you mentioned above.

Hi Ben,
Could you check your password preferences and see how long Method can sit idle before asking for a login? Perhaps this is set too low and is causing the import to fail halfway.

Just a FYI for the future:
1. It's kind of like designing report templates. Before you make edits to a screen, it's best to use the Copy / Import Screen function to make a backup of your own screen. At least while you are still beating it up!

Thanks. what is the limitation of record number for one import? 1000000 records is what I need for my client's program, if this limitation is small, that could mean a lots of import. any other way to work around it?

FYI to those watching this thread.
The October 2012 version will have a "Get node value from XML", under the Character Function action, that will allow you an easy way to parse values from known XML nodes.

I exported my Contacts table and noticed a couple contacts that I was trying to add were pointing to the wrong Customer Entiy.

I am using the import function. I am using importing to a Contacts table. I have tried the copy/paste funtion and also uploading a csv file and get errors eitiher way.
the only time the import function has worked for me was when I used a Customer table but I definitely do not want to upload to a Customer table - just a contacts ...
