I highly suggest that you take a look at method's  web to lead form. It's easy to use and set up and has all the features that you mentioned above.

Hi Ben, Could you check your password preferences and see how long Method can sit idle before asking for a login?  Perhaps this is set too low and is causing the import to fail halfway. - Adam

Hi Justin, Thanks. what is the limitation of record number for one import? 1000000 records is what I need for my client's program, if this limitation is small, that could mean a lots of import. any other way to work around it? -- Alex

FYI  to those watching this thread. The October 2012 version will have a "Get node value from XML", under the Character Function action, that will allow you an easy way to parse values from known XML nodes. Paul
