Hi Jason, You can try re-publishing the screen or making a copy of the screen to re-generate it. If this fails, shoot me an email with the company account and screen names. I’ll have the screen regenerated from the back end and see if this fixes it. -Audisho

Randall, We don’t have any immediate plans to provide email integration for MAC users via Address Book and Mail or Microsoft Entourage.

Hi InstaDRY, What screen are you sending this email from? So far I have tested sending emails from List Builder using (ListBuilder.FirstName) and the Activities screen (Customer.FirstName) and both have pulled in the correct information - First Name.  Noel

Hi Michael, What screen are you sending emails from in Method? What you probably need to do is set a value for Email From Name:  on the Send Email action that is used on that screen. -Michael
