How do you create a create new case form that can be published on the web?  I need to enable any person to submit a case to the system using our website.  Also, do you have an email to case capture feature (i.e. when an email is sent to a particular email address, it creates a case using the information)?

I set up a Gmail account for sending via Method, but it requires PORT 465 for SSL.  Can I set up method to send via that port when I put in the information?   thanks, Wavetec 

Let me add on to my previous post, this will just add the customer email address to a field on your screen and will not actually update the email value in the customer table unless you add actions to do so. - Ashur
