Ben, Yes, that seems very odd.  So the top buttons don't work when in the portal, but the bottom buttons always work?  I still can't replicate this, so could you enable Method Support on your account and email me the company acount and the screens? - Adam

send a email from your browser to anyone.  See what the date and time stamp says on their end.  Also some ISP link IP address to time zones as well.  Google does this all the time.

Access to allow the ability for a Staff role to change a bulk email template, is this possible? Currently it will not allow a staff role to change the bulk email template. Thanks

Hi VLocke, We limit you to 500 emails sent through Method if you haven't specified your own email server. Using ListBuilder may cause you to hit that, but ListBuilder itself doesn't have a limit. - Justin
