Just an update for anyone following this thread ... We took this conversation offline from the forum and confirmed that there is a bug with the SendToDesktop action not initiating a sync.  I've created a bug for the dev team to investigate and correct this issue.  I will post back once a fix is ready.

Looks correct to me. we're using basically the same code as you example. Everthing is created ok, the record ID looks somthing temporary, not a QB generated SO number. I've just created a new one that hasnt synced yet.
