We've recently noticed that some customers are duplicated in Method, but not in QB. Method seems to be showing 2 instances of the same customer (i.e. there's exactly the same address, contacts, activities, transactions, etc.); when I make a change to one, it is also reflected in the other. Also, changing the report to a PDF shows only the first page of data/customers, even though the numbers themselves are correct
Changing the report to an XLS file results in the same garbled data and formatting as HTM files

I'm not sure I fully understand your issue, but perhaps this will help...?
Filter for your SalesOrderPackage (yes only) at the Method Screen level. You can do it in the report properties.

The problem is when showing the report in HTM mode on the Method screen. The following issues arise:
No column/Data headers
Data values do not match what the customers should have. Everything is offset or jumbled
The report is not sorted A-Z by customer
Is there a bug with this?

I have a drop down field on a screen. The change event is acting like lose focus...triggers even when there is no change

After a bit of jiggery pokery I have worked this out.
Change the Page Break behaviour setting on the first Detail section of the report to: Before The Band.
This ensure only one band and band detail per page.

Please can anyone shed any light on this. I have a hack which is to add my required fields from the SalesOrder as linked fields on my child table, but it doesn't seem a very elegant solution!
Any guidance/pointers appreciated.

Yes it is strange for me too. I have more than 1 person that having the same permission/tablink/group but doesn't get the error, while 1 user get the error and sometimes the error switched to other user.
