Both Method and QuickBooks do not support international characters. Behind the scenes it is saved as the characters you are seeing "é" - todays browsers are smart enough to display it as the accented e.
But as you see when exported it will export it just as it's saved on the database level.

Yes, looking at the csv in notepad, it is all correct, and opening in google it is correct - my issue is just in Excel! I can't think why though, it's like it doesn't have the correct character set?

Our team has often encounter this Action Sequence Error 6 and I know it is because of the Action sequence is error. I have found that the error is on calling specific screen CRM_NewActivityStaff.
