• Re: Print out custom fields

Hi there! Well, there's a couple of ways you can print off those custom fields. You can create a report using Method Report Designer. Reports are created as PDFs so you can then print them to your specs and save them accordingly. You could also add a button that utilizes the Export to Excel action and then send your data to ...

  • Friday morning question....

Hi Everyone, I received an email from Fran who asked…. “Is there a way to copy screens/tables so that you don’t destroy your originals? I tried but wasn’t successful at doing either of these. How do you know what fields will sync back to QB? or are these the “greyed out” fields ...

  • Re: Case vs Activity

Hi Matt, Well, really the ultimate choice will be up to you as to whether calls should be entered as cases or activities. But, hopefully I can shed some light on the situation for you to make things clearer. An Activity is an individual task that someone does, such as recording an email received, or making an outgoing phone ...

Hi there, Theres actually a few ways to print in Method, but there is no such thing as a Send to Printer action. On the flip side, here are some ways that you can print something from Method. If youre looking at printing a report, then you can create a Print Preview button that opens another screen with the report object on it. ...

2009 is here and if you haven’t jumped on the band wagon with using RSS feeds it’s about time you got started. Our blog has been around since 2007 and something I’ve noticed is that a large percentage of consultants, accountants, and clients have no clue what an RSS feed is, what its benefits are and how to set it up. ...

  • Re: Character Function Issue

Hi Rod, My testing shows that the Character Function issue of data being resaved as an action result that calls upon itself is now resolved. I can now select Type In and assign a value that doesn't get wiped after saving. Please let me know if this doesn't function properly for you now! Cheers!

Hi Rod, As for the Format field, this functionality is not yet currently running. It's been built into the system purposely because it will eventually function. We have plans of getting that up and running ASAP and will let you know once it's functioning. At that time we'll also inform you how to enter the ...

  • Re: Character Function Issue

Oh I see... Sorry, my error in my reading your response. Yes, you are right... the logic you state is correct. The Yes/No: starts with ? line being resaved to the Action Result ArmAcct WILL INDEED always result as True; thus comparing itself against itself. This seems to be an issue on the site that we will adjust ...
