@pdirect - does it seem to make a difference of SSL is turned on or off when sending the test message?

The following updates are now live for users of Method: New Features / Updates Email Templates - Updated logic so stock Method email templates can no longer be edited directly without making a copy first. When we send email from Method, we set the font to be arial, but when the message arrives, it shows up in times new roman.  Is this a bug with Method?

Nope. Same behavior.
