Hey,
The most likely causes are the QB user running does not have permission to modify transactions in QB. Or the closing date has been set and a QB Admin would need to change the restriction to modify the transaction.

If anyone is following this thread, Maureen called into support and I walked her through resetting her Google Open ID, however this did not resolved the issue. It seems like the RecordID of my CreditMemoLine records is changing after sync to Quickbooks. Here's a dump of one record before sync:
And here's the same record after sync:
Is this expected behavior? It doesn't seem to be happening with InvoiceLine records, just CreditMemoLine records.

First of all, I'm sorry that you're running into this issue. There's no reason that the API would be leaving out data that you're explicitly sending without returning an error. This is however, a tricky one as there are multiple moving parts here.

Hi Dawn,
A lead will become a customer as soon as a transction get sent to QuickBooks. So for example if you created a sales order for a lead and did not check Waiting for Sync Approval when that transcation gets sent to QuickBooks it turns the customer into a lead.

Hi Steve,
I've seen this before and this is definitely a Windows message. Certain Windows environments seem to trigger this with the sync engine. Did you have any external or network drives attached when you installed the sync engine? Which OS are you running? Where did you save the setup.exe file?

Audisho, the only thing that's preventing us from making that move is the lack of SQL override. And we've been itching to make the move. I'm sure we are not alone in this... are you guys going to be souping it up a bit? Is that why it's taking so long?
