I'm a little confused here, what event is causing the 'Action Sequence Order 1' message to appear (e.g. clicking Save)? What is the first action listed for that field/object? That is the source of the problem.

Can you please provide a screenshot or the exact wording of the message. If Authorize.NET is not seeing anything on our end then the message should be able to tell us why the payment was rejected.

What were you doing in Method prior to receiving this message? Log out of Method for about 15 minutes, then log back in. Let me know if the issue persists.

That's strange, are you using Google Chrome by any chance? The reason I ask is because I've experienced strange caching issues in Method with Google Chrome, usually clearing the cache and restarting the browser works, or just using a different browser. Glad to hear it's working now though!

I'm assuming you're importing records into the Customer table correct? If you store Mr./Mrs/Miss/etc in your suffix column then you should import this data into the Salutation field. The Suffix field isn't utilized on any screens in Method and I believe it exists in the table as a temporary placeholder when syncing records ...

What exactly are you trying to accomplish here? Are you just looking to have a 'View' link on your Existing Estimates grid that brings up the PDF template for that particular estimate? If that's the case then why not just utilize the Print Preview button on the screen as it already does this.
