http://yourdomain.com should work. If not, check the spelling, and make sure that you're not hosting the form on a temporary test/staging site with a different address.

I'm assuming you're using a Go To Screen action with a Force Refresh After Navigation? What browser are you using? What's the spacing of the Dashboard look like when you initially log in?

That error is typically encountered when the web form isn't being hosted on a website listed in Step 1 of the Web-To-Lead form configuration. I was able to get past this error message, so make sure you are hosting it on a site added to that list.

If the fields you added to your Customer table are static for the customer (i.e. they do not change per estimate / invoice / etc.), then the customer table is the best place for them.
You can add these fields to your Estimate table as Linked Fields by clicking on the Estimate table from Customize > Tables / Fields in Method. ...
