When we send email from Method, we set the font to be arial, but when the message arrives, it shows up in times new roman. Is this a bug with Method?

Can you email me the screen this is happening on? The only other thing I can think of is that you may have selected the wrong grid.

I want to be able to associate an email with an existing case from Gmail. However, doing so triggers an automatic email to the client with the case update email. Where do I turn that off? (Or can I?)

ok i see where there is now a checkbox under customize/portals/contact portals and i put a check in that box did a test but it's still asking for an email address....

Is there a way for MIE to send an email alert when it loses connection to the Quickbooks company file? We need to get a notification when the sync stops.
