As soon as the Order Portal opens up for your customers it auto populates the required field "Customer" FullName by linking their RecordID to the session active RecordID. -- Mortaza

this has been a problem for me in both Method Classic and Method New. Currently, I am working on an opportunity for a business that has two partners. Closing the sale requires activities with both of them; however, (1) the opportunities screen does not let me add the second partner to the company and (2) Method displays an error message ...

Thanks Mortaza. Does that mean I just didn't choose the "replace links" option when I created my new screen?  I see my links on the home screen were updated which makes me think this was user error! Thanks Rick

Actually, to clarify....  it's not QBO Purchase Order but simply a customer supplied field...  Purchase Order. At the possible expense of over clarifying, our customers often send us a PO with the quantities they want to order...  where do I put the PO so that it is recorded on the Invoice?

Nothing you can change, you will need to wait for the Method update that will allow support for QBO PurchaseOrders. -- Mortaza

Hey Rick, I believe you need to change the redirects on Actions: 97 & 101 on the Process Payment button object.  -- Mortaza

Thanks for the reply.  So, yes, we are QBO users. I am unsure what you mean by "HIDE" the field? Can you clarify? Is this something I can change so I will be functional or...  wait for Method to update? Thanks Brian

Hey, This one will be tougher to achieve via customization. I have put in a feature request with our development team for better handling of overlapping events on the Calendar object. Maybe as you stated something along the lines of Classic in which it minimizes the event tiles. I'll send another update as soon I receive one. -- Mortaza
