We have a customer called:
Lollipops Soft Play Café Bournemouth
However when I export the data from the system the name is being displayed as:
Lollipops Soft Play Café Bournemouth
How can I handle this correctly?

Well, small steps...
I added the field to the table then went to duplicate the screen and add the field. Once duplicated, field added, saved then tested, an error message popped up.
I then removed the added field, saved it and tested it again... adding a new invoice, fails.
I then deleted the newly added "New/Edit ...

This might just be a temporary glitch. Our recommendation would be to uninstall the Method sync engine and re-install from the following link: https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodIntegrationEngineV2/setup.exe
Please let me know if that solves it.

I've created a custom Estimate screen that automatically generates estimate line items when certain boxes are checked.
My screen auto enters these line items with item, quantity, rate, tax etc. They show up on a grid below, but when I save and close the screen the Rate returns to zero. Spent a whole day trying to figure this one out, it seems ...

I apologize for the down time earlier today. We experienced an issue with user authentication - Users who sign into Method using their username insetad of their email address were not able to authenticate correctly.
This problem has now been resolved.

It turns out that my start date was fixed to 2/17 in edit screen.

This happens after today's update.
I made a new Phone Call Outgoing activity from 9:00 to 9:30, then used my customized edit screen change start time to 8:00 and saved, and now it looks like this.

Hey,
It might be that you are entering too many characters for the Contacts name. Which has a character limit set by QuickBooks.
Please try decreasing the character count, follow up with the results.
