often times I need to assign a campaign to multiple employees...take for instance a Home Show/Trade Show.  how can i assign multiple team members to the campaing or should I be doing something different?

I'm not sure I fully understand your issue, but perhaps this will help...? Filter for your SalesOrderPackage (yes only) at the Method Screen level. You can do it in the report properties.

After a bit of jiggery pokery I have worked this out. Change the Page Break behaviour setting on the first Detail section of the report to: Before The Band. This ensure only one band and band detail per page.
