1) I can see SalesRep table in table/field screen, but cannot see it in import/export screen.

I posted an activity just a few minutes ago in Method and see that the time stamp for it is showing UTC time (I am PST to help understand... that's 8 hours ahead). Basically, you set up your sales tax in your QB file and when you sync your file with Method account it save those fields and amount in respective tables. 1. After a Sales tax rate is selected or otherwise autopopulated, how, or where is the Sales Tax Amount calculated?
