You would have to create a that does not allow changes to be made. That way, when a user logs into their account, that is the screen that they see. Not the current screen that you are showing.

I guess I did misunderstand where the QuickBooks database was going to reside.

As a solution to prevent deleting tabs, what if we make it so only tabs that do not contain any tab links can be deleted?
FYI: The Home tab has the following tab links/screens. (Tab Name on the left, Screen name on the right). Of coures you can arrange and rename the tab links whatever you'd like.
