Please verify that the contact you are using to test the portal has a valid email address. Also verify that no other contacts in your Method account contain this email address. The email must be unique for the registration to work.

For the first issue, are there conflicts in your resolve conflicts list? Go to QuickBooks -> Resolve Conflict to see the list. It looks like the Bills are getting stuck in conflict and they are not in QuickBooks.

You should be good to go now. We have hotfixed the site.
It was a typo in the server code for JournalEntry syncing with multi-currency turned on. It should have been "IsAmountsEnteredInHomeCurrency" in our code, rather than "IsAmountsEnteredInHomeCurrencyAdjustment".

One thing that you could do is instead of selecting a contact from the drop down click on the ... next to the contact drop down, it will bring up a search window which will give you better search/filter option so you can select the correct Customer:Job.
