jnairn - that's a pretty informative (and hopefully helpfully worded) message for an error :).
What is the contents of your 15th record?
What is the contents of your 16th record?
Are you importing from a CSV file, or are you copying and pasting?

James - for now......the forum is still the best place.
What we do know is that the Help Center will be interactive. But what we haven't decided is how we're going to do it. If we just do comments, then the articles will become a nightmare of Q & A, rather than helpful tips. But Q & A has its value too ...

Wylie - yep, that's exactly what I needed.
You'll just need to use the override URL of http://www.chargeanywhere.com/emulators/authorizenet.aspx and it should emulate all by itself.
The other side benefit of this is that even Authorize.net users can temporarily use the test gateway URL while testing a customization - whereas ...

Wylie - see http://www.methodintegration.com/cs/forums/p/2986/11344.aspx#11344. It looks like we could get this on the staging site as soon as the 22nd for you to try out (exposing the Post URL was a tiny change). But it would still help to see which docs you are referring to, so that they can see if there are any obvious ...

CF_Pro - I checked, and good news. They did a quick discovery session to see what would be involved, and ended up getting it pretty much ready to go. That's rare - it just means it was very easy to put in.
So it's currently in the "labs" which means it has to go through testing, and then to the staging site, and then ...

CF_Pro - I suggest asking TransFirst to see if they offer a URL for "Authorize.net emulation".
If they do, and if we actually implement the Authorize.net emulation feature, then you wouldn't have to do any work arounds. You would just choose the Authorize.net option, and then point the URL to the TransFirst URL that has the ...

First, I edited your post. We don't want that number in a public forum :).
Now, the reason you are seeing that is because of the type of field you chose. An integer is too small to hold that value as a number (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integer_overflow if you are interested).
You'd be better off ...

I checked into it. You are right, there is a key line missing in the backend which checks to see if the ActualCompletedDate is empty first before setting a completed activity to the current date/time.
I have changed this on your accounts manually (but keep in mind this can get reset if you edit the Activity table again). If ...

hycari - For now, can you rename the tab link back to "Edit Customer"? The name is hardcoded, so when you rename it, you need to go into all the actions that reference the tab link, and customize the changes.
You can do this, as many others have, but that's obviously a lot of work, and it really shouldn't be that ...

Out of interest, who is your provider? And do you know if they support Authorize.NET Emulation (basically where other providers have the same API settings as Authorize.NET so that it is easy for developers to migrate).
We have another user asking right now for Authorize.NET Emulation.
