Hey, This one will be tougher to achieve via customization. I have put in a feature request with our development team for better handling of overlapping events on the Calendar object. Hey, What we can take a look at is how it's being saved onto the Table. From your original post you created a TagList field on your Customer Table, we can export that column for the Table and take a look at how it looks. -- Mortaza

Hey Jason, Unfortunately on Method:Classic you are unable to achieve an OR grid filter in classic. They're workarounds I've seen, one way is to build a selection list. To do this you will have to do it via field(s) on screen that users would type into, and filter off of that. -- Mortaza
