Thanks for the suggestion. I am able to insert manully.  It would be great to get the "Apr-04-2016" to insert on it's own, it kind of defeats the pupose of a date automatic date generator if I have to insert the dats manually. but it will work until we can figure it out. Thanks!

Hey Rick, At the time you cannot setup automatic emails without the use of an event (ie. push of a button). I have seen clients create a generated Grid of Customers that fit a certain condition on their Home Dashboard. Using an OnScrenLoad event they then process the emails.
