I just tried the contact portal with shortern url, but I got ask to enter user name and password, but I saw that in the webinar, it can be instead by just email address. I was wondering how to change the setting that customer can login by just email address without register a new user name and passsword. thx Ian

The following updates are now live for users of Method New feature All emails sent via Method are now displayed in a central location to administrators. If the emails are sent using Methods email server you will also see clicks and opens for that email. Learn More Regards, Michael
