Yes, looking at the csv in notepad, it is all correct, and opening in google it is correct - my issue is just in Excel! I can't think why though, it's like it doesn't have the correct character set?

Our team has often encounter this Action Sequence Error 6 and I know it is because of the Action sequence is error. I have found that the error is on calling specific screen CRM_NewActivityStaff. Just so we're both on the same page. You have a 6 step lawn program. For each step by a click of a button you want to insert both the Job Names & Recurring Dates automatically. Does that sound about right? Please don't hesitate correcting me here.

OK, but please be specific. What do you mean by "They would go right above the "DetailReport1""? Within the DetailReport1 section? Above the Detail Report1 section?
