Method Community

When an activity is completed and the followup is scheduled to another user, Method New sends an email to that user. Is there any way to control this? One of my clients find this a nusiance.

Every time I email an invoice a copy gets sent to my inbox. Is this something that needs to be changed in Method, or in my Gmail account? Thanks.

jshoff, This likely won't happen for a while.  We'll be focusing our next set of enhancements regarding email around the integration with Google Apps.

Also tried sending out the template as an activity - send email.  Can't find the SEND button.-  I see now that I need to Save and complete. Have been able to send out emails from individual activities.  I have a picuture imbedded in the email.  The first couple tests I sent out retained the picture.  Now when I click ...

Are there going to be any additions to the API? I'd like to request a call that would initiate a method action set.  If this isn't possible then can we get a call that would generate a report and pass the link in the response.  We can then use the link for an email attachment.  

Am wondering if it's possible to assign a custom report name when generating a report? My users are attaching a generated report to an email they are sending and I'd like to provide a more simple, custom report name. I've spent some time looking around the report designer settings but have not found anything obvious right ...

Ok,  signed up for field services, entered the techs phone numbers and email addresses but when I enter a call on their calendar they don't get the call unless they log into the website.  Is there a way to set this up to send the calls to a mobile phone otherwise it's pretty useless for the techs.

Whenever email notifications are sent to users the are being sent twice.  Any ideas why?
