i had to put this project on the back burner. I am wondering if you really need to send out these reports.  I think as soon as you create a invoice, it will show up in the customer portal regardless.  Is that is the case we might just send out a group of emails, let say gmail to everyone saying there is a new invoice in customal portal. ...

Greetings. I am looking for a way for using my Droid3 and enter expences and have the ability to download them to quickbooks.  Does your Expense program do that by chance?  Or have any ideas?  Thanks! John M
