There was a bug that directed users to a blank screen after deleting a screen from an app, but this has been resolved. I have yet to encounter the issue that you are reporting. I suggest that you instead cancel your current Method account and start a new one. I believe that once you purge your data from QBO, this will create several conflicts in Method, as it will no longer be able to locate data that it expects to find. Method performance can be affected by a number of factors such as the following:
1) Issue: Many other browser tabs open in the same browser
Solution: Close the other tabs
2) Issue: Bad cookie or cached file data
Solution: Clear your browser’s cookies and cached files

I was able to replicate this behaviour. It appears that adding any actions to the Focus event of a field or text input causes the field or text input to lose focus. I have created a ticket for the development team to investigate and will keep you posted with any updates via this thread.

We just deployed an update to Method New that appears to have resolved this. Test this yourself and let me know the result.
The Clear button is still getting cut off a bit so I updated the ticket with this information.

Hi Mahlon,
Thank you for clarifying. I have created a ticket for our development team to investigate and will post back once this is resolved. If you need a workaround, adding and re-building the Contacts grid manually will allow you to add the Entity field.
