Hello Method!
We received an email today that we are supposed to "update your method integration engine certificate on thursday, february 18th," which is today. However when we opened up our company file, nothing happened. How can we verify that we have the right cert? Our method and quickbooks are syncing just fine?

On the Field Service Tab >> Estimates Tab Link the "Save & Email" button is asking to redirect to the "Recent Transactions" Tab Link. However, it can't be located and I don't see it in my screens list.
Did the Recent Transactions tab link get removed? How do I restore it?

I'm liking the Gmail Gadget however not fond of the situation when adding an "activity" that it truncates the message... is there a way to change the default field length from 250 characters to full email message length?

Your account manager. Their name and email should be in your "Welcome to Method" email.
