When we create an invoice in Method, is there a way for our sales agent processing the order to receive a BCC email that the system will email to the customer?

Hello, I have a customer whom has a very extensive email action. I have no doubt we can recreate this, but my question is can’t we just call the custom action from the MethodAPI?

This is available for the gmail add on but not the outlook ad on.
Guess I will be switching to gmail (thankfully our email is gmail)
