Hi arrowplane,
In the classic version of Method, you can locate your account name by hovering over your username in the top right.
In the new version of Method, you can locate your account name by selecting the gear icon in the top right.

Hi Garrett,
My first suggestion would be to try regenerating the table where these fields exist. You can find instructions for doing so in Solution No. 429 of our Help Center.
Let me know how this goes.

Hi Rick,
If you mark these sales orders as closed, it should remove the quantity from On Sales Order without affecting your On Hand quantity.

Think I've worked out a better way of doing this - load all my previous orders as Estimates since they don't touch QB and we don't use Estimates in our business.
Just trying to work our how to delete the appropriate SalesOrders now!
