That helps a lot- they are all duplicates in one regard.  However, I have an item called "201-m-mbl-lg", and I have an item called "prep:201-m-mbl-lg".  The second obviously being an item called "prep", with the subitem being 201-m-mbl-lg.  201-m-mbl-lg and prep:201-m-mbl-lg, again, have different ...

I did notice that it wouldn't let me update FullName, which isn't a problem, but everything else matched up the way it was supposed to and is coming back with errrors. Hi, I use Firefox for a browser when using Method, and on occasion, when I go to print an invoice, I get a black screen instead of the PDF printable.  It's not a pop-up blocker because it works sometimes. Ever heard of this? Any ideas as to why its happening/solutions to fixing it?

Summary Fields. Not hardcoded.  We did not customize that action- just left it with the template that's already in place.

On different printable screens within Method, the item total's aren't adding up correctly. Packing slips, invoices, sales orders-  the total quantity is going crazy.  Orders in the 1-10 range, 100-1000 range, all have a quantity usually around 16,000.  It seems to be different each time...
