• Re: Using Teams

Hello ElginMaid! I'm assuming you're using the Field Service Operations. In order to get the default teams set up you have to do things in a particular order. You probably did this but make sure that you "Edit Team Member Defaults" - You can find this in Time In/ Time out tab when you edit a ...

  • Re: QB items purchased info to Method tag

Hello jdibona, I'm so sorry for the late reply. I wanted to test some things out first. Unfortunately, what you are asking doesn't currently exist in the stock screens of MethodCRM. Furthermore, Tags at this point are associated with contacts (Help Center: Tags). You can implement tags with other tables, however that ...

  • Re: Can contact info auto populate under the Leads tab

Hello TomF, Ok, within your company's Quickbooks File, you create a number of jobs under the same customer. This transfers to Method CRM as Customer:Job, which are separate entities. Now you want to do potential jobs and thus wish to use Leads. But the contact field does not get updated when you choose a parent Customer. And ...

  • Re: Can contact info auto populate under the Leads tab

Hello TomF, I just want to clarify a few things first. Within the Method CRM, you have a Lead, and under "Additional Info" you have placed a parental customer under "Job of Customer". This is the part that I'm not too sure of: [quote user="TomF"]This flows into the "Customer:Job" section when ...

  • Re: Email Lead Info

Hi Matt, No, you will not need to pay for another user if you make sure the user cannot sign in. The login will need to be Active though! Remember, in regards to users, you will be charged for another user if the amount of licenses increases in the My Account section.

  • Re: Email Lead Info

Hello Matt123, If your fabricator is someone you will regularly send information to, are they already in your Quickbooks system as a vendor or another entity? If so, what you could do is create another user in Method CRM, but not a user that is able to log in. You can then attach a Quickbooks Entity (vendor/employee/other) to that user and assign ...

  • Re: Recurring

Hello Marcelo11756, I am assuming you are referring to the checkbox "Delete existing occurrences on insert" which you can find when you Add/Edit a Work Order in the Field Services Add-On. Basically it means it will delete any other occurrences which you may have scheduled for this work order and replace it with the new dates you are ...

  • Re: Email Lead Info

Hi Matt, Unfortunately, there is no button that will pull lead information into an email. If you are sending the lead information internally, what you could do is set up an activity and then assign it to an employee within your company. Then the employee will see the contact information. However, if want to send your leads off ...

  • Re: Customer Classification

Hello Matt, There is a way to classify Contacts with the use of tags: "Tags are a way to assign a label or a category to a record". For more information, please check the Help Center's Entry on Tags. Hope that leads you in the right direction!

  • Re: importing data from Salesforce

Hi thepostingboard, Yes, the field can be made editable in a customized screen. I have been assuming that the CSV information is being imported into the Customer Table. If this is so, then when a Customer is converted from a Lead to a Customer, then everything is retained because there is no difference between the two other than a ...
