    Hi Matt, No, you will not need to pay for another user if you make sure the user cannot sign in. The login will need to be Active though! Remember, in regards to users, you will be charged for another user if the amount of licenses increases in the My Account section.

    Hi Matt, Unfortunately, there is no button that will pull lead information into an email. If you are sending the lead information internally, what you could do is set up an activity and then assign it to an employee within your company. Then the employee will see the contact information.
