Looking to make Active Case's into Work orders. Has this been done before.?  I need to be able to quickly go from web form input to case (or skip the case and go to work orders on the waiting list) to work order to invoice as fluidly as possible.  I also am looking to email contacts when they have gone from waiting list to a ...

Ashur, That worked like a charm.  Thanks Any sugestions on how to get those to show on my invoice? i dont see the same fields in the designer to add them.  Do i need to share the table or fields some how? Thanks Ken

I added a text box to my work order for tech comments and work performed.  but it doent save the text after save/close and then returning.  it also does not show on the printed WO even brfore exiting the screen? Idea's ? Im new to this
