I see several errors on the 31st related to deadlocked transactions (meaning there may have been competing actions occuring on the same record) - This isn't related to authentication errors, but these are the only errors I can see related to the Insert action.

The dev team has accepted the ticket, but I do not have any timeline on when this will be corrected.
In the meantime, the changes only sync will pick up any new transactions created in method and sync them over to QuickBooks. The changes only sync usually happens every 15 minutes.

How ofter are you receving these errors? Looking at my logs, I can only see one instance where this occurred on March 29th, and it appears that a blank user name was supplied. If you have received this error at other times, can you please let me know and I will investigate further.

Just an update for anyone following this thread ...
We took this conversation offline from the forum and confirmed that there is a bug with the SendToDesktop action not initiating a sync. I've created a bug for the dev team to investigate and correct this issue. I will post back once a fix is ready.

There could be one of several issues
If sync conflicts exist for the newly inserted sales order, this could prevent the sales order from being sent over to QB. Have you checked to ensure no conflicts exist for the newly created sales order?
