Hi Rachel,
You could do this, but it wouldn't be as easy as one might hope. Here's what you would have to do:
Assign the current date / time to an Action Result
Use the Character Function to substring the numbers you want, and build a string out of the date in the order you like
Append your -## for the daily count

Alex,
One more thing.
Depending on what you're trying to do, you might be able to use a Show Message action. There's an option in this action to provide a yes/no option to user, with Yes assigning True to an action result and No assigning False. Not sure if it will suit your purposes, but thought I should point it out.

Hi Alex,
Based on what you've described, it sounds like it could be a caching issue. I'd recommend doing some further testing in incognito mode to see if the issue pops up again.

If you simply want them to have a printable report of the data, it may be more ...

Hi furrywombat,
There's currently no documentation regarding the functions available for SQL overrides. I'll see if this is something we can put together documentation for going forward.

Hi furrywombat,
That function doesn't seem to be available through SQL overrides. It may be possible to emulate, however I'm not sure how that would be accomplished, and doing so isn't recommended.
