I'm doing some testing with importing data - right now just testing bringing in a single test customer record, associated contact record, etc. Is it possible to submit a support request to Method for a table to be backed up prior to a major import, and can that table be restored if an import fails or is interrupted for some ...

I was just wondering if there's a database schema anywhere that I can download. Trying to figure out some of the table relationships (Entity, Customer, Contacts, etc.) and a diagram or summary would be really helpful.

Thanks. I tried creating the dropdown in the Cases table but it only gave me three screens for options and didn't offer one for filters. I'll play around with it a little more and see if I can find it. Thanks for the quick reply.

Thanks Justin - I'll check it out. I had seen QB's new(ish) Constant Contact import feature so I was hoping that would save a couple of steps, but the priority is for it to come in correctly. I'll take a look - thanks again.
