I take it you mean import a list of tags rather than importing tags with a contact? As I understand it, the only way to add tags is through the popup when adding or editing a contact.

The Industry
I kept it quite simple but if you choose you can add a bit more complexity to it. I added a new table called 'Industry' with one field called 'Name'. I made this field unique as I wouldn't want multiple versions of an Industry clogging up the list.

Have a look at this thread. It should basically be the same process but choosing Sum as the Summary Function and perhaps choosing Page or Group as the Summary Running option depending on your needs.

Greg asked me to test this and get back to you about my results. I have added the notes field and so far haven't been able to replicate the inability to save/update the notes. Was this the first time you experienced this happening and has it happened since you changed removed and readded the notes field?

It sounds like you are referring to Multi-Tenancy. To answer your questions:
1 - Yes, this feature is still available
2 - Method Pro is required to use Multi-Tenancy
3 - Yes, I believe it works with QBO.

In the PageHeader section of your report you can add a label that can be configured to show the count of work orders. Have a look at this video tutorial then follow these quick steps and you should be able to hit the ground running.
