Hi Ben, The screen shot you saw actually gives me error because I use vendor name for customer field, but that is my test to make sure the value is taken by actions. In my real code, I use valid vendor name for it. Thanks for help, I'll wait for your result regarding how to set dropdown field to empty. regards, Alex

Hi, One of my clients in China cannot receive email from "Send/ReSend Invitation Email". May I know which email account I should check to see any bounced mail message? Is this the same email account/server I setup for every users? Thanks. Alex
