    Hi ghawton, Thanks for reporting this one - I&#39;ll make sure to bring it up with our product team for a future iteration of the screens. All the &#39;List&#39; screen Views are filtering out the App Specific Activity Types, so it would be good to keep the consistency. Thanks ghawton! -Ben

    Hi April, Hmm thats a strange one, dont believe I&#39;ve ever seen that error before! I&#39;m looking in your account at the moment and it appears the conflicts have disappeared. Are you seeing this error, or any errors at all on the Sync engine itself? Thanks April! -Ben

    Hi there, The Update button by default does the equivalent of saving, and refreshing the grid. However you can have actions which are set to trigger after this has happened. In the Contacts app - the&nbsp;Edit Enity&nbsp;and&nbsp;View Contact screens are based off 2 different tables, Entity(Customer/Lead/Vendor etc..) and Contact respectively.     Hi there Brian, Sorry to hear you are having troubles! When the sync engine logs out - are you seeing any errors display in Windows? Is QuickBooks shutting down at all?
