Followed the proceedure above, but could not get my calendar to update.  Called support, and found out that when you do the proceeudre above, you are creating a new google calendar, so you will need to delete your old one and and use the new calendar going forward.

 Victor, In viewing all of the programs in Add/Remove, I discovered another Method program under "O" for Outlook for Method Integration.  I have uninstalled this and the old icons are now gone from Outlook. I will go through the uninstall/reinstall process again and see if this fixes things.

I'm going to add to this thread too. About a year ago we experienced similar problems with our own QuickBooks database (yes we use QuickBooks and Method to run our company too). The server running QuickBooks was shut down unexpectedly (I believe it was a power failure).  After this happened, the sync started failing, and QuickBooks was ...
