Greetings, New Method CRM>Field Services>Activities. If i create work order in field services, i dont see that work order in activities list.  I wanted to create a work order from my mobile then come to my laptop where i create a case and link that work order to it.  Is that possible? Michael, Aww I see.  I just forwared all my emails to Gmail.  Do you know if Gmail can unblock this? I do have ATT DSL with my phone line and they give me a email address to use way back when.   Thanks. John M

Greetings New CRM>Estimates>Save and Email. I get the following message: Error^Action Sequence:47. Error with user authentication;Server says: 530 Access denied   John M

Michael I have had this issue in method for over 6 months.  It saves it, sends the email but it will say 0 sent.  I would say out of 20 estimates that i send one of those 20 i will get that message. A few times never got a message. This was method wise.  

I am using the Android os 2.3.4. Using method mobile im getting some strange issues: 1. Cant delete line items from estimates. 2. Estimates>Amt>select line item> make a change and then press the save back or save new button and it wont change the item 3. if your in any of the grids in mobile and you want to filter the grid down and ...

Greetings, Chrome or firefox> Mobile log in> new estimate> new items> deleting a item.  For some odd reason i cant delete items in the mobile app using anyof the above browsers.  Now i am using a laptop on this. Going to get a Droid today and just wanted to see how the mobile app was working.  Thanks! John M
