Hi Nebo,
First off, what is the end goal here for these relationships? There may be a better route to take depending on what you are trying to achieve.
Assuming you need a structure like this, I'd recommend creating another table to house both the customer and the county fields as dropdowns. The county dropdown would be connected ...

Hi kturner,
You can use an SQL Override to show both the Contact fieldn and the AltContact field in the same grid column. This will allow you to search for either contact in the grid filter.
To do this, simply click the Advanced option on Step 2 of the grid wizard. See below for an example:

Hi jwarren,
I was able to replicate this. I'll have to dive into this a bit more to find out what's going on. In my initial discovery, it seems as though we are populating the NameOnCard field with the BillToAddressLine1 field. This usually holds the cCompany Name for the address. Hi David,
While I would love a few rounds of beer, we don't integrate with anything from UPS at this time. Without knowing much about UPS Quantum View, something may be possible through our API. Assuming you're putting this field on the Edit Customer screen, you can set a filter on the grid. Filter the Entity field and select Contains, ...

Hi David,
Considering your needs, Scheduled Reports may not be the best course of action. I believe you might be better off using the Report Designer and the Generate Report action to get your desired results.
I haven't done this myself just yet, but you can create a report similar to the QuickBooks report in the Report Designer. ...

Hi David,
You can actually sync in some QuickBooks reports into Method, including the Open Purchase Orders report.
We have a screen under the QuickBooks tab that allows you to import/sync over your scheduled reports from QuickBooks. These are standard QuickBooks reports that you can setup to sync over into Method at specific time periods. ...

Hi Mike,
Just so I understand correctly, you are creating work orders for the servicing jobs already, correct?
What I am envisioning is that you can customize the work order screen to create a follow-up activity for yourself to send the postcards. All of the relevant details of the post card activity can be gathered from the ...

Mike,
Can you email me the Company Account name and turn on MethodSupport so I can take a look?
