Hi Mahlon,
It shows fine for me.
Are you sure it’s not already added to the grid?

Hi Mahlon,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While you can work around this by assigning the value to an action result as you stated, this is certainly not the intended functionality. As such, I have created a ticket for our development team to investigate. I’ll keep you posted on any updates that I receive via this ...

Hi Mahlon,
Are you testing this on a Method for QBO account? As far as I can tell, this is a QBO field and was available in Method for QBO prior to M:N. It looks like the field is now available to both versions in M:N, but I don’t believe it will sync with the QBD version.

Hi FW,
As I said, the query throws an error if more than one value is returned per field.

Hi FW,
Unfortunately, this isn’t possible using an SQL override, as they only allow 1 value to be returned. Your only alternative would be to build an action set to loop through the table and build a list. Then store the list in a custom field and display it on your grid.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Mahlon,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I was able to replicate this on my test account and have created a ticket to have our development team investigate. I will keep you posted on any updates that I receive via this thread. Sorry for the inconvenience.
While we’re on the topic, you may want to consider using an object ...

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your feedback. It’s extremely important to us if we are to improve and grow the platform. I’ve done some testing on my end and will address your points as best I can.
1) You are correct that there are a few places within the Donations app where we are referring to Donors or Donor Leads as Customers and Customer ...

Hi Matt,
I wasn’t able to find any further details regarding why this app ribbon item doesn’t work. It was recommended to me that I create a ticket so that is what I have done. Hopefully our development team can correct this or at the very least, provide me with some further detail as to why this doesn’t work. I’ll keep ...

Hi scottaskinosie,
Don’t sweat it! I’m happy to help where I can, but if it ever gets to a point where I can’t replicate the issue in order to provide you with a solution, that’s where you would need to speak with a consultant.
I’m glad to hear checking the Recurring box resolved the previous issue and we can move ...

Hi Alex,
Good news! We deployed an update yesterday that corrected this issue. When a CreditMemoLine or VendorCreditLineItem record initially posts to QB, the RecordID is no longer being changed by the sync. This results in the custom field data being retained instead of lost.
Test this out and post back to let me know if you believe this to be ...
