Hi Josh,
I was able to add Email to my SalesRep table as a custom text field, click Finished Editing Fields and then go back into the table, where there is no option to Delete the field. I believe this is a custom field you have in Method, so it won't sync to QuickBooks either way.

I keep all my emails in my gmail account and they are sent and received from my address that appears as info@aaronsp.com and not my gmail account name. I am trying to setup the email in Method for the first time and want it to appear as info@aaronsp.com but unsure how to go about the process. Please help.

I know that Gmail has been very slow lately. There have been reports of it from Google. Here is an article I found about it. Are you using Gmail? If so, can you test with a different email provider? There are no BCC limitations on the basic CRM, it should work the same as Method CRM Pro.
