Method Community

How can I link (and therefore view) my customized invoice (screen) under the Customer Invoice tab?  I find no place in Method or in this Forum telling you how to use a different screen shot than the screens automotically assigned when our account was created.  Please advise where I would go in Method CRM to make this change.

Hi Ying, Welcome to the Method forum! Unfortunately, signature implementation is not available in Method. You could however, use a 3rd party application to capture customer signatures and then upload the document to the customer profile in Method for your records. I hope this helps. --Audisho

Hi Rob, We do not integrate directly with Constant Contacts. If you’re able to export your data from Constant Contacts to a CSV file, then you may be able to import it into Method using our Import / Export tool.
