Currently there is no option to copy screens between accounts in Method:New. There is currently a feature request submitted for this but unfortunately there is no ETA for it yet.

In this case, I did not want to display the dateand the start or stop time fields. Shouldn't Method be updated so when you use format "time", it displays time on mobile?

Could you help me to understand the difference in the Customer table and the Contact table?

Hey Mahlon,
Did you change the picker option in the datetime object to time or leave it as Date? By default it is set to Date. If you leave it as Date and change the formatting then you will most likely get an error. In my screenshot below i made 3 DateTime objects and set the picker to Date, Time and DateTime to show you.

Our team released a fix last week that was suppose to fix that issue. You can read details about it on this forum post https://www.method.me/cs/forums/t/8207.aspx
Some customers might be still experiencing some issues but there is a fix today that is being released that should resolve it.

Some Method customers may encounter an error saving transactions when Method (not QuickBooks) is creating the reference number. We are aware of the issue, and our team is actively working on a fix. We'll post an update once resolved.
