Yes, you are correct. Currently, Method:Beta does not include the Field Services pack. The only pack which is available for now is Customer Management for Quickbooks. Yes, to make the Internal? to "Yes", just follow the same steps, or you can even select the default value for that field. When you click on edit on Internal? field make sure on step 1 of 3 Checkbox properties on the Default value click on the checkbox to make it as a default.
