I will never understand why I have to deal with another company to fix my problems when I use METHOD. I login through Method. When Method crashes my account crashes. Why can't you just help me?

Everytime I try to copy a mobile page like "mobile_invoice" I get the following error "An error has occurred. An email has been sent to Method staff. Hey Shawn, Method:New is available for existing QuickBooks Desktop users. You just have to get your account toggled to allow access to the New version. I will get your account manager get in touch with you for next steps. -- Loi
